Anders S. Imboden's

-HOME PAGE-

Welcome to My Star Trek: The next Generation Home page.

I am Anders Imboden, A very big Star Trek fan who is only 9 years old.

Since the first episode "Encounter at farpoint" to the Finale "All good things…",

Star Trek: The next generation has advanced a lot.

In the first 2 seasons the Crew of the Enterprise did not have collars on their uniforms. (It didn't look wonderful, either). But, in the third season to the seventh (the last) they did.

In the episode "Heart of Glory" (In the first season), the Klingon vessel looked like it came from Star Trek: The original series or the Movies. But, in the episode "Reunion" the first Vor'cha Attack cruiser was seen.

Star Trek has advanced so much that most people don't even notice it. But, some of the serious Trekkies do notice small changes such as "Why did the Tricorders sound different in the first season?" and "Why could Data smile in the first 2 seasons?". The answer to those questions are unknown, but my guess is that Data (obviously) doesn't have emotions but still could get his mouth to that position. (Not easily).

Here is a link to the Star Trek: The next generation Jump page, a wonderful Star Trek: The next generation site here on the Internet. It's maker is Paul E. Black. I sort of work for him. It is mainly just E-mailing him things to add and correct.

The United Federation of Planets

The United Federation of planets has many member planets such as Vulcan, Betazed, Mars, Earth and many other planets.

The United Federation of Planets was founded in 2161 on Earth. The UFP's president's office is located in Paris, France… Again, on Earth. Starfleet is part of the United federation of planets.

Starfleet

Starfleet is the defense, Science Fleet and many other things for the United federation of planets. All ships in Starfleet have "USS" before their names instead of "SS", "NSP", "NAR" etc. Some of the classes of vessels in Starfleet include Excelsior, Galaxy, Miranda, Oberth and Nebula class. The famous flagship "Enterprise" is one of the most famous ships. The original was Constitution class, the second was Constitution, the third was Excelsior, the fourth was Ambassador and the newest is Galaxy class.

Klingons

The Klingons are almost the strangest looking creatures in Star Trek. (Not including Yridians and those things you see in the Star Trek Movies!). Their homeworld is called Qo'nos. It is pronunced "Kronos". (Its Dictionary spelling would probably be Cro-no-s). Klingons are noted for their interest in violence and their need to be honorable. If a family member is a traitor… YOU and YOUR family gets lots of shame.

Romulans

The Romulans have honor too. When they are just about beaten in battle, they engage their own Auto-Destruct sequence. It is a very strange conseption of honor, but they have been known to do that.

Romulans are Close Relitives of Vulcans. They broke off from the Vulcans because they did not belive in the Vulcans way of Peace and Logic. The Romulans are very intrested in a good fight. Whenever they get a chance to have a good, nice and fun fight they take it. When they pick a fight, the usual winner would be themselves.

Cardassians

The Cardassians are not quite as violent as the Romulans or Klingons… And they don't have quite the same need for Honor as the Romulans or Klingons have. BUT, they are still agressive. Somtimes, they aid the UFP, and somtimes they get downright dirty, but they are allies of the UFP. The Cardassian's homeworld is Cardassia Prime, or just Cardassia.
